Sundip is a Partner at SP Law and one of the original founders. He has over 12 years of experience advising businesses on purchases and sales, leases, on the LTA 1954, varying leases, AGAs and has acted on numerous Pharmacy sales and acquisitions. He also advises the individual in Family matters, particularly matrimonial and children proceedings.
He also assists the Private Client department in the preparation of Wills and administering estates for Probate and has developed strong ties with and regularly advises the South Asian community in various areas of law.
