You will be joining a busy and vibrant department, working alongside a senior Director dealing with:-
The position would suit an experienced paralegal or a junior/newly qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive.

Salary is dependent upon experience but will be above market level for this area.

Senior Solicitor/Director – Private Client
You will be joining a successful, trusted and experienced team who deal with:-
Above market level salary with on target bonus. Other benefits include pension, generous holiday allowance, store discounts and flexible working. The firm will also fund STEP accreditation or other appropriate courses. Additional benefits may also be offered to the right candidate.
Would suit a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE, with technical proficiency in private client matters. You must have outstanding client care skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills will be required to mentor and support the more junior members of the team, having a creative and practical approach to motivate and encourage others.
You will be ambitious and hard-working with a real desire to succeed within a dynamic and forward-thinking practice with opportunities to quickly progress your career. There is a very real prospect of progression within the firm.
The successful candidates will become an integral part of a close-knit team at our Northampton office.
