We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Processing client and office accounting transactions; daily banking functions including bank reconciliations; processing receipts/payments; processing invoices; credit control; purchase ledger; processing quarterly VAT; and month end and year end procedures.
Basic skills required – Book keeping; ability to learn the Solicitor’s Accounts Rules; knowledge of excel and other relevant software; and ability to be organised.
Join a small team with an excellent reputation undertaking varied and high quality work including wills, probate and LPAs. The team currently comprises a very experienced STEP accredited Solicitor/Director, a newly qualified fee earner and a paralegal. The successful candidate would need some good experience behind them and be able to hit the ground running. We have a really good wills bank and some great probate work.
