Helen Williams

Helen is a residential conveyancer with 35 years of experience dealing with all aspects of domestic property including sales, purchase, transfer of equity, remortgage,  newbuild  and shared ownership work whether it is freehold, leasehold or unregistered.

Helen moved to the Northamptonshire area from Suffolk, following her marriage in 1989 and she has worked in several different firms in Northampton, Milton Keynes and Daventry since then, acquiring a wide experience in both in larger property teams, and also in smaller more bespoke practices.   Helen joined SP Law in September 2019.   Outside of work Helen is a mum of two;  Helen loves cooking, especially for dinner parties; she also enjoys the theatre, particularly opera,  Helen swims several times a week and enjoys pottering in the garden.
